New dev build!

The first dev build GBC rom has been uploaded! There isn't much to do but here are the features:
- Walking around the overworld
- Day/night cycle (120 steps for a full day)
- Random encounters (battles aren't implemented yet so just hit A a few times to skip)
- Visiting a small town and talking to NPCs
- Visiting a small cave up north!
Please note the content in those dev builds is for testing purposes and does not represent the final product.
